Ordering:
To place an order with The Organic Company:
- Browse the website using the navigation (category) buttons on the top of the page. (ie: Bath & Bedding, Women's, ect.)
- Click on the link for the subcategory you wish to visit.
- Click the item you would like more info on or wish to buy.
- If necessary choose the color and size of the item and click the "add to cart" button
- You will then have the option to continue shopping or proceed to check out.
- Once you decide to check out just follow the instructions until you get a confirmation stating your order has been received.
Shipping:
For a shipping quote:
- add an item(s) to your cart and go to the view cart page.
- toward the bottom of the page you will see "Estimate Your Shipping Costs:", enter your city, state, postal code, and country, then hit go.
- You may now use the "shipping method" button to choose the shipping provider and delivery type with the price for each.
- Select your shipping method and hit the go button.
- proceed to checkout.
Processing:
- Most of our orders are shipped the same day if we receive them by 1PM MST, but please allow up to 48 hours for processing your order.
